Fresh Earth has been a name in all things “gluten-free” for a very long time. When I started looking for gluten-free products in 2017, they were the only major supplier of gluten-free bread. I reached out to them, asking about the chances of cross-contamination in their bakery, and was assured of their Gluten Free Factory status quoting all the required food safety specifications and certificates. Well done!
Their bread is great – the perfect size to fit into a toaster (yes, that’s important), always fresh and quite easy to find in stores.
