Having said that, credit must be given where credit is due. I need to applaud the efforts of Woolworths in supplying their own FREE FROM GLUTEN range. This product in particular is a hit with our family: gluten-free crumbed chicken schnitzel! Quick and easy to bake and absolutely delicious!
