Nature’s Choice Cake Flour is another gluten-free winner for my family. We often enjoy making pancakes and this blend of flour doesn’t give you that strange after-taste in your mouth.
Here is my quick pancake recipe – 2:1:1 is the ratio – 2 cups of gluten-free flour, 1 cup of milk and 1 egg. This ratio makes thick batter. If you prefer a more runny batter, just add a bit more milk.
