A short while back, a reader asked which tomato sauces were suitable for the gluten-free community. I had briefly checked one or two brands in 2017 and noted that gluten was not present in those so I assumed that tomato sauce in general, was perfectly fine. But, as we know, gluten is sometimes found unexpectedly.

I had to split this post into two as there are so many tomato sauce options. Part 1 is all good news!
