I had actually planned to do a Featured Product comparison on biltong, until I realised that individual stores had their own blend of seasoning. I did find that Woolworths and Pick ‘n Pay were consistent in their ingredients here in Gauteng, but I can’t comment on other provinces.

Remember: if you have a local butcher that you support, make sure to enquire about the ingredients before buying biltong.
