Remember : if your sauce comes in a glass bottle and a plastic bottle, it is probably made by different manufacturers, which means that the recipe (and allergen control policies) will differ from factory to factory. For the gluten-free community this means that one product variation may be made without gluten, while another may definitely contain gluten. Always read the labels!
